Our Story

2010

Metropol Group, the first company in Lushnje, was established in 2010, initially operating with BI Construction Company to carry out the most important and successful projects in the city.

2012

Metropol Group specializes in wholesale sales and real estate activities established in Lushnje. In 2012, the opening of the Industrial Market with an area of 2500 m² and 200 retail units was realized on the ground floor of the Metropol Center.

2015

On 11.07.2015, the opening of the Metropol Shopping Center was realized, along with several units such as Ipermarket 1, Bar Zero, Magic Land, Vista Bar, and Terrace Lounge. Metropol Center is a multifunctional shopping center located in the center of the city of Lushnje in Albania.

2016

In 2016, the opening of the second market was marked following the success of Ipermarket 1, along with the first Tutto Casa store offering a wide range of household items.

2017

In 2017, Ipermarket 3 and Ipermarket 4 opened, followed by Ipermarket 5 and Tutto Casa Astir in 2018. The year 2021 marked the opening of Ipermarket 6, Lubel Restaurant, and Nga Nona, adding a precious jewel to the line of restaurants in the city of Lushnje.

2022

In 2022, the third Tutto Casa store also opened in Kamëz. Metropol Group also operates in the field of investments and real estate in Albania and beyond. Over the years, this company has built a significant portfolio of investments.
